Summer 2011 saw the start of turning the 1970’s condo masquerading as a log cabin into a modern little home in Mammoth.

The condo had been rented out for a few years and from the condition of the place they had been having a great time!

Welcome to the AnTi CaBiN

It’s not that we don’t like log cabins, far from it. However, it just seemed to us that a condo built in the 70’s without one log involved in the construction would look much better being bright, simple and modern. Hence the anticabin was born.

We have given the place a thorough revamp, from new toilet to drywall to windows. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a little bunk room so it can sleep 4 no problem. The sofa also folds down if you don’t want to use the bunks.

The condo is our second home and we use it very frequently, however, we are happy for friends to use it when it’s available. It is a great little place, all new and groovy. Super handy for the grocery store, shops, restaurants, cinema and the free shuttle buses.
